If you are logged in to Goodwhale, you may go to Settings > Manage Account > Change Password to change your password.
However, if you are logged out and have forgotten your password, you may click on “Forgot Password” on the login page and you will be prompted to enter your login email address.
From there, you will receive a link in your email to reset your password.
Special note: Remember to look in your Spam/Junk inbox if you don’t seem to receive the email.
