GoodWhale Subscription is on auto-renewal basis. Hence, there is no additional action required on your end if you wish to continue with your subscription.
However, if you wish to stop the subscription, you may refer to the following.
Step 1: Log in to app.goodwhale.com/login via browsers Google Chrome / Safari with your login credentials
Step 2: Tap on "Subscription" and scroll to the bottom.
Step 3: Tap on the switch for "Auto-Renewal". It should go from ON to OFF.
This will not reverse any charges if your card has been charged for renewal, and it only valid before your subscription auto-renews itself.
Apple In-App Purchase
Step 1: In your GoodWhale iOS app, go to "Subscription"
Step 2: Select "Manage Subscription in iOS"
Step 3: Select "Cancel subscription"

If you're not using a gmail account:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googleplay/gethelp.
2. Under 'Choose Best Description of Issue', choose 'Others', and select Google Play Apps
3. Skip 'Resources'
4. At transaction ID, go to https://pay.google.com and look for the order you want to return.
5. After you've described your issue, they'll arrange for a representative to speak to you.
